If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact support immediately through the platform.

OTP verification is required for account access and fund transfers. You must ensure that the mobile number registered to your account is current and accessible to you.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. This process involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include additional identity documents. Accounts that do not complete KYC will not be able to process withdrawals.

All deposits on 2jli are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports local Philippine payment methods including bank transfer, Philippine online banking, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on 2jli.

Deposits are credited to your 2jli wallet once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used. 2jli is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits must come from accounts in your own name. Funding your 2jli account using payment methods registered to another person is not permitted.
• Deposits are non-refundable once they have been used to place bets or participate in games, except as required by applicable law or these terms.

2jli reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of its AML and KYC obligations. Failure to provide this documentation when requested may result in the suspension of your account pending review.

Withdrawals from your 2jli wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a Philippine bank account or registered e-wallet in your own name. Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name will not be processed.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. Accounts with incomplete verification will not be able to request withdrawals. Once your KYC is approved, your withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the platform at the time of submission.

If the closure is initiated by you voluntarily, your remaining PHP balance will be returned to you after verification checks, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

2jli provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
